to ensure you have the best start, new clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early for a safety orientation and to complete necessary paperwork. if you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and unfortunately, this may result in forfeiting your class credit. we wouldn’t want for for you to miss out, so please arrive early!

NEW CLIENTS must arrive 10 minutes early for class

we know things don’t always go as planned, but please note that class spots are held for 5 minutes after the start time. if there’s a waitlist, we may offer your spot to a waiting client. to minimize disruptions to other clients and instructors, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be admitted. we appreciate your understanding!

spots are held for 5 minutes

if your schedule changes, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours in advance of your original class time, via our app, website, or your third-party booking platform (e.g. classpass). this helps us open up spots for other clients.
  • class packages: late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeit of your class credit.
  • unlimited memberships: a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if a class is cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time. failure to attend class will result in a $20 no-show fee.
  • third-party bookings (e.g. classpass): late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeit of the class credit and potentially a respective fee charge. we understand this is less than ideal, but unfortunately these policies are set in place by the third party and all credit deductions and fees are handled directly by them, not PPPB.
